Prashant Kishor targeted Nitish Kumar and said that he is getting surveys done these days. There is a situation of fighting in every house. People have to pay money to get their Khatian. In every village, people are telling that DCLR and other officers are extorting money from people.
Prashant Kishore said that our demand is that land reforms should be implemented here instead of survey. When Nitish government does not know whose land this is, then they are asking you whose land this is. Prashant Kishore said that it will take 5 years but land reforms will be implemented completely here. Due to non-implementation of land reforms in Bihar, 60 out of 100 people in Bihar are landless.
