Old Rajendra Nagar Accident: A Delhi court refused to grant bail to the SUV driver and four other accused in the case of death at Rajendra Nagar Rao IAS Coaching Center. The driver was arrested by Delhi Police. The SUV driver Manuj Kathuria is accused of driving the SUV through a road that was flooded and due to the high speed of the vehicle, the gate of the coaching center broke and it filled with water.
Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court rejected the bail plea of SUV driver Manuj Kathuria, Tejinder, Harvinder, Parvinder and Sarabjit. Tis Hazari Court has sought a reply from the investigating officer on the petition seeking directions to declare Manuj Kathuria’s arrest illegal. The next hearing of the case will be on August 7.
