Terrorists are either being forced to flee or are losing their lives due to the army’s action. The Indian Army has now killed a terrorist in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir. The army took this major action on Wednesday morning.
It is said that the army had received information about the presence of terrorists in the Kowut area of Kupwara district. After which the Indian Army conducted a search operation along with CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police. Meanwhile, when the army surrounded the terrorists on Wednesday morning, the terrorists started firing. After which the army also opened fire in retaliation and in the meantime one terrorist was killed. However, an army soldier (NCO) has also been injured in this encounter. At the same time, the operation is going on against other terrorists in the area.
1 soldier martyred in Battal encounter in Jammu and Kashmir
On the other hand, a soldier has been martyred in an encounter between the army and terrorists in Battal sector of Jammu and Kashmir. The name of the martyred soldier is Lance Naik Subhash Chandra. It is said that Lance Naik Subhash Chandra drove away the infiltrating terrorists with great bravery and courage. Lance Naik Subhash Chandra along with his team attacked the terrorists with bullets and grenades. After which the terrorists were forced to run back.
During this time, firing was done by the Pakistani Army, which was helping the terrorists in infiltration. However, Lance Naik Subhash Chandra stood firm and defeated the terrorists as well as the Pakistani Army. During this, one terrorist was killed. Two terrorists were shot. However, during this time, other groups of terrorists intensified the attack. In which Subhash Chandra was injured and he died during treatment.
Let us tell you that, on Tuesday morning (23 July) some terrorists tried to infiltrate in Battal sector of Jammu and Kashmir at around 3 am. During this time, the alert soldiers of the army foiled the infiltration attempt of the infiltrating terrorists with effective firing. So far 12 soldiers have been martyred this month
So far in the month of July, 12 soldiers have been martyred in the firing of terrorists. Earlier, on 5th and 6th July, 2 army soldiers were martyred in an encounter with terrorists in Kulgam. However, during this time 6 terrorists were also killed. After which the panicked terrorists attacked an army truck in Kathua on 8th July. 5 army soldiers were martyred in this attack. After this, now on the night of 15th July, 4 army soldiers lost their lives in a terrorist attack in Doda. After this, Lance Naik Subhash Chandra lost his life in Battal sector.
A major terrorist attack was prevented in Rajouri on 22 July
The Indian Army prevented a major terrorist attack in Rajouri on 22 July. Here the terrorists attacked the house of a VDC member awarded with Shaurya Chakra in Gundha area on Monday morning at 3:10 am. At the time of the attack, an army contingent was present nearby which was on guard. The terrorists were trying to attack this contingent as well. But in the initial firing by the terrorists, our soldiers came into action in such a way that they retaliated and badly chased away the terrorists.
The army soldiers gave a befitting reply to the terrorists. After which the terrorists fled from the spot. It is said that the terrorists had come for the attack with a big plan. The soldiers foiled the big attack of the terrorists. At present, the Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF have cordoned off the area and a search operation is being conducted. On July 18, an encounter took place between the army and terrorists in Doda
It is known that on 18th July, there was an encounter between army personnel and terrorists in Doda. Late night, terrorists attacked a temporary security camp in a school in Jaddan Bata village of Kastigarh area in Doda and opened fire. Army personnel conducting operation against terrorists were staying in this camp. 2 army personnel were injured in the firing by terrorists. On the other hand, army personnel retaliated while chasing away the terrorists and after this, intermittent encounters took place between the army and the terrorists.
On July 15, 4 army soldiers were martyred in Doda
It is worth mentioning that, 4 soldiers including an army captain were martyred in an encounter with terrorists on the night of 15 July in Doda. Along with this, a soldier of Jammu and Kashmir Police was also martyred. Actually, the army soldiers had surrounded the terrorists in the Desa forest area of Doda. During this time, the terrorists opened fire on the soldiers to save themselves and tried to run away. Seeing themselves surrounded, the terrorists fired bullets at the soldiers.
Let us tell you that, the Indian Army’s unit Rashtriya Rifles had started a search operation along with the Special Operations Group of Jammu and Kashmir Police in the Desa forest area of Doda. Meanwhile, during this operation, terrorists again opened fire in Kalan Bhata and Panchanbhata area of Desa forest belt of Doda on the night of 16 July.
Terrorist activities increased in Doda

After this, on 12th June, there was an encounter between the army and terrorists in Gandoh of Doda. After this, on 26th June, three terrorists were killed in an encounter in Gandoh of Doda.

Doda district was declared terrorism free in 2005. But after 11-12 June, terrorists became active here again and since then terrorists are continuously targeting army personnel. An encounter has been going on between the Indian Army and terrorists in Doda area for the past several days.
