IND vs BAN: Mayank Yadav became a speed merchant

IND vs BAN 1st T20 Mayank Yadav Fastest Ball vs BAN: India registered an easy seven-wicket win against Bangladesh in the first T20 International cricket match. Bowling first,  India’s fast bowler Arshdeep (3 wickets for 14 runs) and leg-spinner Chakraborty (3 wickets for 31 runs), who was playing his first international match after almost three years, took three wickets each to bowl out Bangladesh for 127 runs in 19.5 overs.

Washington Sundar, Mayank Yadav and Pandya also took one wicket each. Mayank Agarwal, who became a speed merchant in his first T20 match against Bangladesh (Mayank Yadav T20I Debut vs BAN), made a memorable debut and created a stir in world cricket by bowling at the fastest speed of 149.9 kmph in his career (Mayank Yadav Fastest Delivery of 149.9 kmph) and announced that he is fully prepared to become the new speed havoc in Team India.

Mayank bowled his first maiden over in international cricket. Mayank took his first international wicket by getting Mahmudullah (01) caught by Washington Sundar at deep point.

Chasing Bangladesh’s target of 128 runs, India won by scoring 132 runs for three wickets with 8.1 overs remaining, thanks to the innings of Hardik Pandya (39 not out, 16 balls, five fours, two sixes), Sanju Samson (29) (Sanju Samson vs BAN) and captain Suryakumar Yadav (29) (Suryakumar Yadav). Nitish Kumar Reddy also remained unbeaten after scoring 16 runs. Pandya (Hardik Pandya vs BAN 1st T20) and Nitish made the team win by making an unbroken partnership of 52 runs in 24 balls for the fourth wicket.
