The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the revised result of NEET UG 2024. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check the result by visiting the official website of NEET UG exam.nta.ac.in/NEET/. The revised result has been declared after considering the correct option of Physics questions. The merit list has not been released yet. The toppers list can be released shortly.
NTA has declared the revised result after the order of the Supreme Court. On July 23, the Supreme Court while giving its verdict in the case had said that NEET UG re-test will not be conducted. Also, the court had ordered NTA to declare the result afresh.
After the final decision of the Supreme Court in the NEET UG case, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had said that the revised result of NEET would be declared within two days, after which the revised results were released by the National Examination Agency today, July 25.

- Now enter application number, date of birth etc.
- The scorecard will appear on your screen.
- Now check and take a printout.

The merit list has not been released by the National Examination Agency yet. NEET UG counseling for all India quota seats will start soon. MCC may release the schedule for counseling soon. The complete schedule of counseling will be released on the website of the National Medical Council. The counseling process will be conducted in a total of 4 rounds.
The exam was organized by NTA on 5 May in pen-paper mode at more than 4000 centers across the country. Around 24 lakh candidates appeared in the exam. Earlier, on July 20, on the orders of the Supreme Court, the revised result was declared city and center wise.
What was the controversy over NEET UG?
NTA declared the result on 4th June. A total of 67 toppers had emerged and 6 toppers were from Jhajj centre in Haryana and two candidates from this centre had secured 718 and 719 marks. Due to which the candidates started alleging paper leak and irregularities in the exam and a petition was filed in the Supreme Court.
A total of about 40 petitions were filed in the Supreme Court in the case. The Supreme Court gave its final verdict in the case on 23 July and said that the NEET UG exam will not be rescheduled.
