Ingredients:
- 1 package of instant ramen noodles (such as Shin Ramyun or Nongshim)
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1 egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Kimchi (optional)
Instructions:
- Bring 2 ½ cups of water to a boil in a pot.
