Delhi, the capital of the country, is where lakhs of youth go to turn their best dreams of life into reality, but due to the negligence of the system there, they have to lose their lives. Something similar happened two days ago with Nilesh Rai, who was preparing for UPSC while living in Delhi. It rained in Delhi on the day of the incident. The streets of the locality where Nilesh lived in Patel Nagar were flooded with water. Nilesh had gone out to buy some goods. When he came back home, he touched the iron gate to go inside. During this, he got an electric shock. He kept suffering from the electric shock for about an hour and then he died.

Nilesh’s father Narendra Nath Rai lives in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. On getting information about the incident, he had gone to Delhi with the whole family. After bringing the son’s body to Ghazipur, his cremation was done on Wednesday. Narendra Nath Rai’s house in Ghazipur is in Gautam Buddha Nagar Colony. He is an advocate by profession. The media talked to him about the incident. During this, he said that his son died due to the negligence of the system. The Delhi government is responsible for this.

Lakhs of children like Nilesh are preparing so that such an incident does not happen to anyone

While talking to the media, Narendra Nath Rai said that whatever Swati Maliwal has said is completely correct. Action should be taken against such careless officials and the government, so that such incidents do not happen with lakhs of children like Nilesh who are going to Delhi to prepare for competitive exams. Narendra Nath Rai said that after the incident, no information was given to us by the government, administration or the Delhi government. We came to know about it through other boys studying there.

Delhi government is responsible for Nilesh’s death- father

Narendra Nath Rai said that after going to Delhi, he came to know that due to the electricity system and the network of wires there, the wire had broken and current had come, due to which when he held the gate, there was current in the gate as well. Narendra Nath Rai said that the electricity department is under the Delhi government, so the Delhi government is negligent about this. The Delhi government may claim that its arrangements are fine, but it does not seem so on seeing. If the arrangements were fine, my son would have been alive today.

Was preparing for UPSC for 5 years

Narendra Nath Rai said that Swati Mahiwal has been a part of the Delhi government. Therefore she knows the system there. Whatever she has said about this incident is correct. Narendra Nath Rai said that his son Nilesh was preparing there for the last 5 years. He was also an engineer in a company there. This time he gave the UPSC prelims exam, in which he passed out. When Nilesh’s cousin Sanjay Pradhan was talked to, he said that the Delhi government is completely responsible for this.

A web of electric wires spread across Delhi

There is no such thing as system there. There is a web of electric wires spread in the neighborhood. These keep inviting accidents every day. Such system might not be there even in our village of Ghazipur. That is why Nilesh has lost his life due to lack of system. Whatever loss we had to suffer has happened, but in order to ensure that such a thing does not happen to any child in future, the system will have to be made tight and proper.

Nilesh was the only brother between two sisters

Sanjay Pradhan said that this matter should be investigated and action should be taken against whoever is guilty. A murder case should be registered in the matter. Talking about Nilesh’s family, they are originally from Pah Syedraja village of Zamania tehsil. The father is an advocate by profession and he has built his house in Gautam Buddha Nagar Colony of the city, where he lives with the whole family. Nilesh’s mother and two sisters are also in the family. The mother is a government teacher. After hearing the news of the death of her only son, she is crying badly. Nilesh had told his mother that one day your son will return home as an IAS, but when he returns home, he is in a shroud. While saying these things, she also faints many times.

Who is responsible for Nilesh’s death?

Nilesh Rai’s death due to electric shock is not the first accident in Delhi. Similar news has come out before, in which people have lost their lives due to electric shock. In such a situation, the biggest question that arises is who is responsible for Nilesh’s death and due to whose negligence a promising student has died? Ranjit Nagar police station has registered a case under section 106 (1), 285 BNS and started investigation. At the same time, Delhi BJP and Swati Maliwal are seen raising questions in this matter.
