Why do earthquakes occur?

It is said that tectonic plates (rocks in simple language) are present in the inner structure of the earth. These plates keep moving continuously. Meanwhile, when they move from here to there, collide or break, then a lot of energy is released and this creates vibrations in the earth and this is called an earthquake. That is, the more calm the earth is from the top, the more movement is going on in its inner surface.

What to do if an earthquake occurs?

If you are in a house or flat during an earthquake, try to come to an open place. Especially people in flats should come out as soon as possible. Because flat buildings are very high. In such a situation, there is a greater risk of them collapsing. On the other hand, if you come out to an open place due to an earthquake, then here also you should ensure that you are not near any building, tree and electric wires or poles. Keep a distance from them. Find a completely empty land and reach there.
