Chandigarh: Every Congress worker is fully prepared for the test of assembly elections. In the last five years, we have continuously fought against the anti-people policies of the government from the road to the assembly and the parliament. Through programs like Bharat Jodo Yatra, Opposition Aapke Samneh, Jan Aakrosh Rally, Jan Milan Samaroh, Ghar-Ghar Congress Abhiyan, Dhanyani Karyakarta Sammelan and Haryana Maange Hisaab, Congress has understood the problems and pain of every section. These problems will be solved when the party forms the government. On the contrary, BJP leaders stayed away from the public for the entire five years and now want to win the trust of the people by making empty announcements at the last moment of the elections, but the public is not going to fall into their trap now. The people of 36 communities of the state have made up their mind to uproot the BJP completely. These words were said by Congress state president Chaudhary Udaybhan in a statement issued to the press.
Chaudhary Udaybhan said that Congress has been in election action mode for the last five years. Congress leaders have met the people of entire Haryana through different programs. A huge crowd is gathering in MP Deepender Hooda’s Haryana Maange Hisaab Padyatra. BJP is nervous seeing the public support in all the party programs including the Padyatra. With the announcement of elections, the truth of BJP’s election promises has also been exposed. The government could not implement any of its promises.
According to its election promise, BJP neither gave funds to Sarpanchs, nor job security to temporary employees, nor did it make any recruitments. Therefore, BJP’s graph was continuously going down. This must be the reason why elections are being held soon in the state. The people of Haryana and Congress have welcomed it wholeheartedly, because people are going to get rid of BJP’s misrule a month earlier. The party had already started the process of selecting candidates from all 90 seats. Congress has also prepared a road map for the work of the coming government and now soon Congress will release its manifesto.
Chaudhary Udaybhan said that as soon as the Congress government is formed, 1 lakh permanent recruitments will be done within a year. Jobs will be given on the basis of merit by eliminating paper leak and recruitment mafia from Haryana. Any kind of negligence in the recruitment process and its transparency will not be tolerated. Strict laws will be implemented against irregularities in recruitments. He said that 6000 pension will be given to the elderly, OPS to the employees, gas cylinder for Rs 500, 300 units of free electricity will be given. Soon the party’s manifesto will be released, which will have a complete roadmap of the government’s work for 5 years. Congress will implement its announcements with full commitment and will free Haryana from unemployment, corruption, crime and drug addiction.
