Pakistan Floods the situation worsens with flow of Indus River

New Delhi 2nd September, 2022: The situation in Pakistan is worse due to dangerous floods. The flood has created a 100-km-wide internal lake in Sindh province due to the strong flow of the Indus River. This information has come from satellite images. According to a report, new images taken on August 28 from NASA's Modis satellite sensor show how heavy rains and the overflowing of the Sindh river have submerged much of Pakistan.

In the pictures taken from space, it is seen that a lake of about 100 km wide has been formed. A large part of the crop has been submerged in water. The water seen in the picture is in blue color. Earlier there used to be mud and grass here but now the lake is visible here. The Pakistan Meteorological Department says that these are the worst conditions ever since they started keeping weather records.
