Ranbir Zhorar Re-elected as President of Pb-Hy Employee Welfare Association

Chandigarh, UT Chandigarh – In a unanimous decision, Ranbir Zhorar has been re-elected as the President of the Punjab Haryana Employee Welfare Association (Deputation) UT Chandigarh for the second consecutive term. The election, held at a park in Sector 36, Chandigarh, saw teachers from Punjab and Haryana gather to cast their votes.

Dharam Singh was elected as the Chairman, while Pushpinder Singh Barad was chosen as the General Secretary. Prominent figures, including Ram Kishan Dhunakia, member of the Punjab Subordinate Service Federation, and Manpreet Singh, District President of the Punjab Teachers’ Association, Mohali, attended the election.

Ranbir Zhorar expressed his gratitude to everyone for their support, promising to fulfill his responsibilities with honesty and courage. He assured that the notification for their Dearness Allowance (DA) would be released soon, benefiting all employees from Punjab and Haryana.

Zhorar emphasized the association’s commitment to standing in solidarity with all teachers in Chandigarh, providing support whenever needed, despite being on deputation.
