Chandigarh’s Nature Nine Foundation Empowers Women with Sewing Machines

In a bid to promote women’s empowerment and self-reliance, the Nature Nine Foundation, in collaboration with Senior Deputy Mayor Jasbir Singh Banti, distributed sewing machines to women in Sector 42.

This initiative is part of the foundation’s efforts to provide women with the necessary tools and skills to become economically independent. The program aims to create a ripple effect of empowerment, where women can not only earn a livelihood for themselves but also train other women in their communities.

Senior Deputy Mayor Jasbir Singh Banti commended the Nature Nine Foundation for its commendable work in promoting women’s empowerment. He emphasized the NGO’s commitment to providing employment opportunities in every household.

The sewing machine distribution ceremony was attended by Senior Deputy Mayor Jasbir Singh Banti, along with key members of the Nature Nine Foundation, including Chairman Neeraj Kumar, Member Saurabh, and General Secretary Neha.
