
Youth Wing of BJP Chandigarh Pays Tribute To Pulwama Martyrs on 6th Anniversary
The youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) paid tribute to the martyrs of the Pulwama attack on its 6th anniversary at Sector 17 Plaza in Chandigarh.
The party’s youth wing, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), organized a candlelight vigil to honor the CRPF jawans who lost their lives in the terrorist attack on February 14, 2019.
Ramesh Sahod, in-charge of BJYM, said, “Today, we remember the brave jawans who sacrificed their lives for the nation. Their martyrdom will never be forgotten.” He added that the country stands united in honoring the bravery of the jawans and in its fight against terrorism.
BJP President Jitendra Pal Malhotra also paid tribute to the martyrs, saying, “The nation is grateful for the supreme sacrifice made by the jawans. The Modi government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism and is committed to eradicating it.” Naresh Arora, the official Spokesperson of BJP said, We should never forget our martyrs and their sacrifices.
The tribute ceremony was attended by various BJP leaders and workers, who lit candles and paid their respects to the martyrs.
