Encounter between army and terrorists in Assar area of ​​Doda district

During this time, the army confirmed the presence of terrorists in the forest. After which an intermittent encounter started between the army and the terrorists. On Wednesday morning, while searching for terrorists in the forest, there was heavy firing again between the army and the terrorists. During this time, the terrorists targeted the Army Captain who was leading the operation and fired bullets at him. The terrorists also fired heavily on other soldiers.

Weapons and materials recovered from the forest

The Indian Army has informed that war-like equipment has been recovered from the forest during the operation. It is being told that an American M4 assault rifle has been recovered from the forest. It is believed that three terrorists are hiding in the forest of Assar.
