Noida: After the scheme of Noida International Airport in Jewar of Greater Noida came up, the pace of development in the area has increased. In this direction, Greater Noida Authority has introduced a new housing scheme for home buyers. Five residential plots have been included in this scheme, due to which the authority is likely to get a profit of about Rs 17 crore.
Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Greater Noida Authority, said that the online application process for these plots has started from today. Interested applicants can get complete information about this scheme by visiting the authority’s website www.greaternoidaauthority.in. Application can be made through SBI portal, the link of which is also available on the authority’s website.
Last date of application
The last date to apply for this scheme has been fixed as September 2. The last date for depositing registration fee, EMD, and processing fee is September 5, while the last date for submitting the required documents is September 9. Possession of these plots will be given immediately after allotment. These plots are located in Chai 3 and Chai 4 areas, whose size is 524, 639, 505, 1026, and 1023 square meters. A total of 3718 square meters of land will be allotted.
